Community - Village Centre
Working with Lucas Hickman Smith Architects David was responsible for helping to deliver the award wining Pennoyers Village Centre a community-led project transforming a grade II derelict medieval guild chapel and Victorian school buildings into a new business, heritage education and community venue in Pulham St Mary, south Norfolk.
Featuring on the BBC’s Restoration Village TV series. A team of local people secured grants from the Heritage Lottery Fund and other organisations to fund the £1.6m restoration.

Residential — Six Pillars House
Working with renown British Architect John Winter (1990-2012) David worked on the refurbishment of the seminal 'six pillars' modernist house in south London by Tecton, Berthold Lubetkin’s architectural practice.
Residential — Hartleys Jam Factory
As Associate Director and project Architect with Alan Camp Architects David designed & delivered a unique residential scheme as part of the award winning Hartleys Jam Factory development in London.
Education — UEA Norwich
As senior project Architect with LSI Architects David led the design team on a state of the art campus centre for international students at the University of East Anglia. The centre provides academic and teaching facilities, along with 415 student residences incorporating study rooms and bedrooms with en-suite facilities.
The academic block comprises learning and accommodation facilities, including multi purpose lecture theatres, classrooms, IT and science laboratories, flexible teaching and self study spaces, as well as cafes, a restaurant, student support services and administration offices.
